This page has been set up in memory of our amazing little princess who brought love and sunshine into our lives. Loved by so many and never forgotten. 

On the 5th October 2015 our gorgeous baby girl made a very unexpected arrival into the world, 13 weeks earlier than her due date and weighing a teeny 1lb 3oz (600g). Despite all of the health issues she faced at the start of her life, including being on a ventilator for 2 weeks and having difficulties with a PDA in her heart, she continued to fight for her life for 8 weeks, bringing so much joy to our lives with her amazing and beautiful personality. Unfortunately on the 29th November, Carys developed an infection known as NEC and due to its severity and her size she sadly passed away. 

Throughout Carys' and our journey on the NICU wards in Hull and Leicester, the charity Bliss helped us by providing support, and reminding us of the amazing work that all the staff do to try and give all the babies the best possible start to their lives. 
To try and give back to the charity, and ensure that the treatment and support we received can continue, we would like to raise as much money as possible in memory of our beautiful little princess.
